What did we do for this coal briquette project?
- 1.We have set up a special project team at EP Machinery to be responsible for the overall planning and coordination of the project.
- 2.We have conducted in-depth communication and exchanges with customers to understand customer needs and local actual conditions, and formulated detailed project plans and technical specifications.
- 3.Completed the selection and procurement of coal production line equipment to ensure that the quality and performance of the equipment meet the project requirements.
- 4.At the company's production base, various equipment components of the coal briquette production line were manufactured in accordance with strict quality standards and process flow.
- 5.During the equipment manufacturing process, customer representatives were invited to conduct on-site inspection and acceptance to ensure that the equipment meets customer requirements and expectations.
- 6.After the equipment was manufactured, the overall commissioning and trial operation were carried out to ensure that the performance of the equipment was stable and reliable.
- 7.The equipment was transported to the foreign customer's site, and a professional installation team was organized to install and debug the equipment. During the installation process, the construction was carried out strictly in accordance with the installation drawings and operating procedures to ensure the installation quality and accuracy of the equipment.

- 8.In order to ensure that customers can operate and maintain the coal briquette production line proficiently, we sent professional technicians to the foreign customer's site to conduct comprehensive technical training for the customer's operators.
- 9.The training content includes equipment operation methods, maintenance skills, common troubleshooting, etc. Through a combination of theoretical explanations and practical operations, operators can quickly master the equipment's operating skills and maintenance knowledge.
- 10.After the training, the operators were assessed to ensure that they can operate the equipment independently and perform daily maintenance work.

- 11.After the installation and commissioning of the coal briquette production line was completed and after a period of trial operation, we invited foreign customers to conduct the final acceptance of the project.
- 12.The acceptance content includes equipment performance, product quality, production capacity, etc. of the coal briquette production line. Through on-site testing and data analysis, it is proved that all indicators of the production line have met the contract requirements and customer expectations.
